Clubhouse and recreations area
Clubhouse and recreations areas that are common to all homeowners are main amenities that distinguishes a homeowner association managed community from other communities. It adds functions to the community that are deemed valuable by the homeowners, one of the most valuable amenities are the pool, the workout room and, tennis courts.
The clubhouse and recreations area is for use by all residents of Mizner Pointe and their accompanying guests.
The Clubhouse and pool area is locked and keys can for a fee be obtained from the property manager.
The recreations area includes these amenities:
- Clubhouse
- Pool and hot tub
- Volley ball court
- Children's tot-a-lot playground
- Tennis courts

Clubhouse
The Clubhouse can be rented by any resident of Mizner Pointe for special functions. Contact the property manager for details.
When the Clubhouse is rented it can not be used by anyone else, with the exception of the workout room and bathrooms.
The Clubhouse has the following amenities:
- Main room
- Kitchen
- Work out room
- Card room and entertainment room (TV, pool table)
