Gated Access
Mizner Pointe is a gated community with 24 hour 7 days a week guard in the gate house. The main purpose of the guard and gate access control is to screen anyone who is entering the community.
There is also a roving guard that on a schedule is moving around the whole community supervising that all visitors to the community have been properly screened.
Important to know about the guards:
- They will not respond to criminal activity.
- They will not physically interfere with anyone.
- They will report any association rule violations to the property manager.
For handling criminal activity and other security issues each individual homeowner is directed to the security monitoring company and to the Palm Beach sheriff.
The gate access is an optional service which means that the association is not obligated to provide it but it can if it so desirers. This is written in the Declaration of Covenants article XVII.
